COMMISSIONS

Payment

✧ Payment in USD/BRL - PayPal Invoice, Ko-Fi, Wise and Pix.✧ The full payment must be done after you receive and approve the first wip.✧ 100% of the value will be charged for each extra character you want to add. Extra props/objects will not be charged.✧ Detailed backgrounds, poses or designs might have an additional fee depending on the complexity.✧ Refunds are not accepted once you received and approved the wip.✧ I do not accept payment plans on commissions.

Changes & revisions

✧ The client must send visible and digitized references of the character and describe the details of the commission the best they can, if possible sending pose/expression references to prevent often revisions/fixes.✧ During the sketch phase you may request any big change such as design fixes, pose/character changes, props or character additions. After I start the lineart you cannot ask for significant changes.✧ You will receive a flatcolor wip for design revision, I will fix any details or markings of your character I might have missed, during this phase only. Once I start the rendering process no changes can be done.✧ You may not edit the art or remove my signature. If you didn't ask for fixes in the previous art process, I will not be editing it and you cannot do it yourself. Flipping, cropping, resizing, adding a filter, doing collages is totally okay and can be done without permission with proper credits being given.

Artist/client's rights & process

✧ I have full rights to refuse your request once it made me uncomfortable or went against my boundaries, insisting will lead to permanent block.✧ I will post and use your commission as an example on my social medias or portfolio, regardless being NSFW or not. If you don't feel comfortable with your art being exposed, let me know beforehand and I will respect your choice.✧ The artwork if for personal use only. Ordering physical items such as bottoms, pins, sticker, prints, are allowed only for personal use. Commercialize these are strictly prohibited.✧ The client may not trace, replicate, recolor, edit or respost my artwork without proper credits. Using my art to AI training or AI image generators is also prohibited and will lead to permanent block.✧ You are strictly forbidden to use my artwork for anything associated with sexual/suggestive content involving minors, zoophilia, pro-ship content, political, offensive themes or hate speech, harassment, or any criminal and imoral activities. Violating these will have you permanently blocked and added in a public blacklist.✧ Once paid, the artwork may take anywhere between a couple days to 1 month to be finished, depending on your place on the queue and on the complexity of your order.✧ The queue is not first-come-first-serve. I will work on arts based on motivation or inspiration to prevent myself from getting an art block. However, paid artworks and commissions will always have priority above extra art for adopts, art-trades and raffle prizes.

Designs/ Customs

✧ Payment in USD/BRL - PayPal Invoice, Ko-Fi, Wise and Pix.✧ Upfront payments will always have priority.✧ No refunds or chargebacks for adopts, customs or redesign commissions.✧ Payment plans or holds are accepted with the maximum of 2 weeks for values up to $250/R$300, for higher prices new forms of payment plans/holds can be discussed.✧ You must communicate consistently during the payment period. If extra time is needed, you must warn me. I don't have a problem with that, but I do need the proper communication.✧ I will warn and remind you if it's close to the deadline, but if you do not pay me, I won't keep reminding, the character will be relisted for sale and payments already made will not be refunded.✧ You may resell, trade, or gift the design, but you're not allowed to resale if the value exceeds the original price, unless additional art is included.✧ Small design changes are allowed, such as changing color tones, adding small features like horns, wings, markings, etc. Changing hairstyle, accessories or species and modifying body type. However I would prefer that certain hairstyles like dreads, braids, afros and curly hair, not be changed.✧ You cannot change the entire color palette/markings, erase traits that define the original design and change the design in a way that makes it unrecognizable.✧ For custom commissions the client must be clear about what they want, if possible sending references/ideas so the result comes out as close as possible to what is desired.✧ The client will receive wips during the custom process and significant revisions/fixes must be requested during the sketch phase. Color/marking fixes must be requested during the coloring phase, and once it is over, no changes will be done.✧ You are strictly forbidden to use my design for anything associated with sexual/suggestive content involving minors, zoophilia, animal genitalia, pro-ship content, political, offensive themes or hate speech, harassment, or any criminal and imoral activities. Violating these will have you permanently blocked and the character will be taken away from you.
